Louise has developed a strong passion for brands during her 15 years of marketing experience.
She has managed national and international FMCG brands including Nescafe, KitKat, Aero,Smarties, Milky bar and McCambridge, developing excellent analytical and strategic skills.
Louise has experience operating at all organisational levels, most recently as Head of Consumer Marketing at Nestle. One of her biggest achievements was steering the Nescafe brand to market leadership within the Irish market. She is commercially astute with a very clear focus on delivering results.
How have I made a difference?
Steering Nescafe to market leadership within the Irish market.
Being the only market in Europe where Nescafe was not No. 1 required that I develop a specific Irish strategy. I made the case for investment. In response to this strategy Nescafe’s share of the Irish market grew from 35% to over 50%.
