Ford helps rock your baby to sleep

Ford Spain have designed a crib that replicates the sounds, lights and movement of a car to send your baby to sleep

It is accompanied by an app which collates data from different routes to reproduce the most calming route for your baby to fall into a deep slumber. It is no secret that babies tend to sleep better in cars than at home because the motion of driving and the vibration of the engine provide optimum soporific conditions. The crib was created to promote the Max vehicle range and forms part of the Max Motor Dreams project developed by Ogilvy & Mather. This innovation shows how some of the best ads are those that don’t look like ads at all. It furthermore adds value to parents’ lives by helping them with the Sisyphean struggle of getting their baby to sleep. Watch the full video here
