As the conversation surrounding mental health evolves from stigma to support, some brands are jumping on board to offer help

Marks & Spencer has partnered with bestselling author, comedian and mental health awareness campaigner, Ruby Wax, to launch a new type of café designed to improve our mental wellbeing. These Frazzled Cafés provide “a safe, anonymous, non-judgemental environment” led by trained volunteers to talk freely about the issues affecting them. In stressed-out times, consumers consider mental health alongside physical health as one of the many components that comprise wellbeing. As mental health becomes less stigmatised, more and more brands will take an active approach to connect with consumers regarding the issue of mental health. Read the full article here
