The latest experiment in fitness is the “Museum Workout” at the Metropolitan Museum of Art

This 45-minute, 2-mile journey involves group exercises as you tour through the museum before it opens to the public in the morning. Two dancers lead the way with varying exercises including squats, stretches and some light cardio. This offers an alternative way of appreciating art while working up a sweat.
