Discovery™
Discovery begins with a review of your research and data – often gathering dust on a shelf – bringing fresh eyes and possibilities to it. Discovery also includes consumer and customer ‘deep dives’, ‘path to purchase’ insight and observations, and local and global trends provided by MCCP Trendstream(tm) which will refresh and inspire your brand thinking.

Open Minds™
Open Minds workshops bring together teams from numerous disciplines to create more robust and holistic brand thinking. The start point of the OpenMinds sessions are the outputs identified during Discovery Process such as market opportunities, key drivers and barriers. What are the consequences for the brand of the insights we have discovered?

Consumer Dialogues™
Focus groups often tell you what Mr and Mrs Average say. But we want to understand what people do. That means their actual behaviour not what they think they do or what they say they do.

So when we conduct Consumer Dialogues we do things differently. We analyse real time consumer ‘path to purchase’ decision making including analysis of diary records, real time purchase observations and real time observation of the consumption occasion. This can be online or offline and is used in conjunction with research.

Brand & Comms Check™
Our strategic planning and insights inform the development of strategic brand and communications platforms and messaging briefs for clients and their agencies.  This can result in a brand strategy, a brief or proposition/ideas that will be validated with consumers.

In support of this, we conduct creative testing which enables brands to understand how their communications work in line with brand objectives. This can be conducted through qualitative research and/or quantitative research (online and offline).
