Last Friday, our MD and Founder, Kay McCarthy spoke at the RDS Vision 2030 Series with Conor Pope, Consumer Affairs Correspondent at the Irish Times, about how consumer behaviour is changing. Kay was by Colin Gordon, Engage Consulting and Lucinda Kelly, Popertee. This event focussed on the chganing consumer and the panel shared insights into how businesses can connect, or in many cases reconnect, with consumers and bridge the divide between online sales channels and the physical retail experience.
