Food Cloud

Founded by Iseult Ward & Aoibheann O’Brien; FoodCloud and FoodCloud hubs is a social enterprise connecting surplus food from retailers with charities that help those in need. Since its inception, the tech enabled registered charity has blossomed, promoting its founders to international recognition and inclusion in the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 list.

Because of its rapid expansion and focus on the founder story – the Food Cloud brand needed some attention. It lacked a defined strategy to clearly reflect the societal impact of its business. FoodCloud approached MCCP to develop a compelling brand and communications platform that would enable it to deliver the most impact on the environment and community.

MCCP crafted a new brand purpose: Transforming Surplus food into Opportunity – that reflected the real-world impact Food Cloud has and supported this by developing key messaging for each of its defined audiences. This work has formed the basis for the brands new communications plan
